Data Analysis Software for the Earth and Environmental Sciences

EnviroR is group of packages for the R Environment for Statistical Computing that provides data analysis and graphics tools for researchers and practitioners in the Earth and Environmental Sciences.

EnviroR contains both software and documentation (including HOWTOs) that enable researchers to effectively use R in their work.

R packages developed and maintained by the EnviroR project include:

NADA -- Nondetects and Data Analysis
GLPK -- R Interface to the GNU Linear Programming Kit

Additional packages are in alpha or beta status and are on the way.

Software and documentation developed by the EnviroR project is free and licensed under the GNU General Public License .
